ABOUT ABOUT

The Mental Wellness Summit is an all day gathering to directly support our mental wellbeing by connecting the community to practices, resources, services and providers. The event will feature various speakers, educators, healers, and activists to facilitate conversations on self-care and collective-care that is centered around our QTPOC community. We will ensure Black, brown, queer, and trans people are centered throughout the process and reflected in both the presenters and conversation topics. We are inviting trauma-informed and LGBTQ-competent practitioners to support our community in connecting to sustainable resources after the event. This idea was born out of the QTPOC mental wellness event that we had (before the pandemic!) where we had a frank discussion about the barriers of access and the feelings around the desire for mental wellness care for our community.

No one turned away for lack of funds. Please email [email protected] for requests.

All ticket types include attendance to three workshop sessions. In-person tickets include an option between two workshops for each session and lunch. Virtual tickets include live-stream access to the three workshops noted. We can't wait to host this incredible event for everyone and see you there!
